Throughout the academic year an
extensive offering of educational seminars, conferences, courses, meetings
and workshops, sponsored by the Jules Stein Eye Institute
and Department of Ophthalmology, are available to UCLA physicians,
scientists, technical staff and students, as well as community-based
practitioners and visitors to the campus.
The Institute's educational offerings support continuing
professional development by providing a forum for vision science and
ophthalmologic information and facilitating communication among
peers.
